Common questions

What is Blushora?

Blushora offers a daily sky reading shaped by your sun sign, plus optional palmistry from a photo you take or upload. Palm images stay on your device. Readings are lifestyle entertainment only.

How do free days and purchases work?

New accounts start with five free reading days. Each sky or palm reading uses one day. You can buy day packs in the app, or purchase remove-ads as a one-time unlock. Use Restore Purchases on the same store account if entitlements don’t appear after reinstall.

I can’t sign in with Apple, Google, or email

Check your network connection and try again. For email accounts, use Forgot password if needed. For Apple or Google, confirm you’re using the same provider account as when you signed up. If it still fails, email us with the sign-in method and any error text you see.

Palm camera or photo upload isn’t working

Allow camera or photo library access in system Settings if prompted. Use a clear photo of an open palm with good light. Palm checks run on your device; images are not uploaded to our servers for the standard reading flow.

Daily reminders

Turn reminders on or off in You / Settings, and choose a time. You can also change notification permission in system Settings. Reminders use on-device scheduling and optional push delivery when you’re signed in.

How do I delete my account or palm data?

In the app, open You / Settings and choose Delete account, then confirm. Deletion finishes in the app—no email or support ticket is required. It removes your Firebase sign-in and Blushora cloud profile, and clears local user data on that device (including on-device palm photos).

Ads

Banner ads may appear unless you’ve purchased remove-ads. Ad networks may use device identifiers under their own policies. On iPhone, system tracking prompts may apply.
